W4C operates Beach Safe Hubs in coastal communities affected by violence, poverty and conflict, where mental health services are often stigmatised and under-resourced. Using surf therapy they transform the lives of at risk youths.

At Waves for Change, children experience acceptance and inclusion. They provide a safe space, caring adults, a new and challenging task, and skills to cope, as well as manage their emotions and behaviour.
